Forum is not working with vbseo

I just moved to a new server and I get this error message now as long as I have switched on vbseo. If I switch it off it everything works fine.

"The requested URL /portal-news/blablabla.html was not found on this server".

Can anybody help me ?

Have still one more problem. What does this mean:

Warning: is_file() [function.is-file]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/www/xxx/html/forum/drawings/thumbnails.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/finlandl:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in [path]/cmps_index.php(562) : eval()'d code on line 5

That is related to vbadvanced cmps. Your server has open_basedir restriction and one of your mods path is not correct

do I have to talk to my host that he should not restrict it?

Another thing is that I have just run the vbulletin diagnostic tool and found this:

Yes you can talk to your host about it

That is normal as vBSEO files are not part of default vBulletin.
