Forum is down after VBSEO install

Blaa.ie
http://www.blaa.ie/forum/admincp/index.php

I can't access my forum after i installed vbseo zend latest release on vbulletin 3.5.4 (i'm running php4)

I uploaded all the files as required.
Installed the xml file as a product
uploaded the .htaccess file located in the docs (do not upload folder)
i uploaded in binary mode in filezilla

and now i get blank pages on my forum.

why is this and is there any way to get my forum back?
/edit
just after uploading the test.php file to my root and it's telling me i need to use the IonCube version. How do i undo the installation of Zend? I have removed the uploaded files from the server. I have my sql file on my desktop but it's the version after the installation. I have no sql copy pre zend installation.

Please Advise
Thank you very much

Hi Rollo,

Just delete all of the Zend files and upload the Ioncube package.

You should be good to go.

Hi Ace,
It looks like somethings happening!
But i'm getting an error
'The file /var/www/vhosts/blaa.ie/httpdocs/forum/admincp/vbseo.php cannot be decoded by this version of the ionCube Loader. If you are the administrator of this site then please install the latest version of the ionCube Loader.'

I couldn't log into the admin panel. Do i need to manually remove the previous xml file from the products?

You should remove all vBSEO files (including .htaccess) to disable vBSEO. Could you please open a support ticket with ftp access for troubleshooting if you need our further assistance?

Hello Jeff,

The vBSEO package includes the latest runtime ionCube loaders within the /upload/ioncube/ folder. Simply upload this folder into your /forum root directory and it should work properly. If it doesn't work, then you can try the Zend version of the software.

Please open a support ticket if you still encounter issues after trying both options.
