No, I meant file. For vBulletin 3.0.x, you have to actually edit one of vBulletin's PHP files to install vBSEO. For vBulletin 3.5.x and higher, you don't. Make sure you didn't make any edits to any vBulletin files, and you should be fine.

Do i edit to make the link back to here a new window?
everytime you click on LinkBacks Enabled by vBSEO 3.0.0 RC5
it openes the browser in the same window poofing my site?
I dont mind the link i just think it needs to be target ="new"
where is that file to edit and add ??

i looked in /includes/config_vbseo.php
did not see the actuall link?

That's not possible. However, you can choose one of the 5 copyright options that isn't linked at all, and that will solve your issue.
