First setup of vbseo

Hi, today I uploaded on the files on vbseo (in binary mode) on the forum directory on my server. I uploaded Ioncube version because my server support this.

When I opened my forum I had this message:

The file /home/httpd/vhosts/XXXXXXXX/subdomains/forum/httpdocs/vbseo.php encoded as type [0/0] cannot be decoded by this version of the PHP Loader. For help please contact support@ioncube.com or check for a loader supporting this encoded file.

What I have to do?

Thanks

Make sure you upload all vBSEO files in BINARY mode. That error is usually caused by uploading in ASCII mode.

If you would like to open a support ticket with login details we can do the install for you.

You can get your site back up and running in the meantime by removing all vBSEO files and the .htaccess file from your server.

Heve I to remove my files or can I leave them there?

You can leave the files if you want, but your site won't be functional until we can get in to work on it.

Click the "Support" link at the top to get to the ticket system.
