I am getting the error: The file /var/www/vhosts/[our domain name]/httpdocs/forums/vbseo.php encoded as type [0/0] cannot be decoded by this version of the PHP Loader. I have seen a number of posts about this issue with responses from staff "PM sent." I think it would be helpful to put some information or in the FAQ for this, but in any event, I need this fixed by tomorrow at the latest. Please reply or send me a PM so we can get this functioning. My ioncube loader is setup correctly.

Hello,

most likely you have an outdated Ioncube library installed in php.ini and that disallows vBSEO to dynamically load latest version of ioncube. The solution is to upgrade ioncube loader defined in php.ini at your server.

I have installed the ioncube loader on our brand new rackspace server just today, so I dont think it is an outdated version. I got the loader from here PHP Encoder, protection, installer and performance tools from ionCube: Loader Download - used linux zip

in the zip, there are a bunch of versions for each php version.

you only want to use the one that matches your OS (32/64 bit and type) as well as your php version. then add the zend_extention = ioncube_5.x.so trigger to the ini.

verify that your on the right php version and loader matches.
