Fatal Errors after installation.

After quadruple-checking that I was uploading all the files in binary, I'm getting this error message after loading everything:

Fatal error: Unable to read 19393 bytes in /home/informa/public_html/forums/vbseo.php on line 0

help.

edited to add:

I ran the test script for compatibility and got this:

Zend Optimizer Yes
Ioncube Yes

Congratulations!
The software should install on your server with no server changes needed.
You should download and install the Zend Encoded version of the software.

So I downloaded the Zend 2.4.0 version and loaded it and am getting the above error.

Re: Fatal Errors after installation.

Hello,

please make sure to upload php files in binary mode (default is usually ASCII in ftp clients and you should *force* binary transfer).

Re: Fatal Errors after installation.

What a pain in the ass!!

Not from vBSEO, though.

If you're using FlashFXP, and go into Options -> Preferences -> Transfer and specify Binary mode and disable Smart mode handling, you will also need to go into Options -> Filters -> ASCII and remove the .php extension from that list.
