Fatal error: Incompatible file format???

Fatal error: Incompatible file format: The encoded file has format ID (there's ID number here), which is too old in /home/hatfycom/public_html/vb/vbseocp.php on line 0

this is what i got when i tried to install VBSEO in my fourm .

i've upload every thing and i've give the chmod number but i get this error in step2?? can any one help me?

i think this is my mistake.
i just upload them dirctly to my space ..

You need to choose Binary mod in your ftp manager while uploading the files. You can use smart ftp ( it automatically detects )
