    Hello Brad,

which vBSEO version are you currently running? Please try the latest vBSEO3.0.0RC3 - this issue should not appear even with older PHP versions now (like PHP4.2.3).

    Chewing up config_vbseo.php

    Hi,

I downloaded and started to use RC3 like you suggested but I had some issues with getting it to write to the config file. I had to CHMOD the file so the script couldn't chew up the code in the config file and made the changes to the file manually (key and password).

Otherwise it seems to remove enormous amounts of code when it tries to write to the file (about 16 kb of the 32)

I wonder if its a php function that is acting differently in 4.2.3

This shouldn't be the case, could you please open a support ticket with ftp login for your host to troubleshoot this?

RC3 appears to be working fine other than that!
