I don't need vbseo processing the vbdrupal pages which it is currently doing, is there anyway to exclude the http://mysite.com domain?

please try to modify your "vBSEO Global Hook" in vB admincp->Products manager by adding the following to the top:
PHP Code:if($_SERVER['HTTP_HOST']=='forum.mysite.com')
