Error when installing...

I'm trying to install VbSeo and just uploaded all the files to my server.

I then went to http://www.yoursite.com/vB-root/vbseocp.php as indicated in the instructions and it gave me this error:

Fatal error: Unable to read 27902 bytes in /home/photocho/public_html/forum/vbseocp.php on line 0

Any ideas?

I'm using Filezilla to FTP the files. How do I make sure they are going up in "binary" mode?

edit: nevermind. I just found the setting and re-uploaded everything.
