Where do you see this error? How can we reproduce it?

All I did was visit a link sent to me in email

http://www.vbseo.com/f45/final-fanta...net-11864-new/

and it was at the top of the page, however it is not there now.

If it helps I reported it as soon as seeing it if you want to check logs

Probably that was a temporary warning message during updating the mods on the forum at that moment.
