Error Log - Clientscript folder not found

I noticed in my server error log that I am getting a ton of errors that basically say the same thing. It boils down to the fact that for some reason everything is looking for the clientscript folder outside of my forum.

Here is how it is set up on my site.

sitename.com/forum/clientscript (folder)

The error log says that everything is looking for the clientscript folder at the root level. sitename.com/clientscript

I am thinking this must be an htaccess issue? Maybe I am wrong, but is it this line?

that is the only place I can find the word clientscript in the htaccess file

Is there a setting in the control panel that sets up this location?

The strange thing is that everything 'seems' to be working correctly on the site.

That should not be related to .htaccess file in forum folder. Please compare your error log against access to find out what is the referring URL that causes an error.

Here is a copy of the last few lines in the error log. This goes on and on and on for days...

I edited out the user's IP addresses and my site info. Any ideas?
