Please try to disable vBSEO's "forumhome_complete" plugin in vB admincp.

what is the use of this plug-in in Forum Home if it does not have any affect?

It is used for precaching of usernames from the birthday data.

It is unusual as I got the exact same issue when I logged in my homepage on VB 3.7 RC3. Disabling the plug-in did correct the issue.
