About LinkBacksI have recently tried to install vBSEO on a clean install of vBulletin and am receiving this error message:
Fatal error: Cannot create references to/from string offsets nor overloaded objects in /home/justextr/public_html/includes/class_core.php on line 1274
I have no idea what is causing this, is it a server issue or a vBSEO issue? Any help would be appreciated, I have tried vBSEO 3.0.0RC4 and 2.4.0 and they both give the same error.

This is a known problem with vBulletin's installation process. If you would like to open a support ticket with a temporary FTP account, I can fix it for you.

Hmm just a quick question that has just occured to me. Does this fix need to be applied everytime that I upgrade vBSEO or can I upgrade freely now and not have to worry about it again?

You can upgrade this vB/vBSEO instance freely, no fixes will be required further.
