Hello Nate,
yes, you can either change the title of one of subforums or change your forums URL formats to something like:
[forum_title]-[forum_id]/
and
[forum_title]-[forum_id]/index[forum_page].html

You will need to customize your Forum URLs in the vBSEO Control panel, or just change the names of the forums to make them unique.
ya i was trying to find the proper spot in the vbseo control panel to enter the information but im not sure if it was the right place. can you tell me where exactly in the control panel im suposed to put this in? and what exact code will work properly.
thanks again
Rob
You will need to click the + sign in the URL Rewrite section to override the default settings.
Then, anywhere you see [forum_title] used, you will need to choose the Custom entry and change [forum_title] to [forum_title]-[forum_id] in all cases.
