Double posts after upgrade

Anyone else having the issue where you sometimes when you post, it does a double post? It's been happening ever since I upgraded. I thought it was only me so I figured it could be my computer but then I've been getting reports from other users saying they are getting it too.

I have not seen this reported yet.

try re-uploading the files and re-importing the product again.
