does vbseo work perfect with any new skin?

I just installed a new skin on my board and I as recall, the 'Redirect ALL External URLs Posted in Private Forums' option which used work on all the links both in posts and in the home page now only work in the posts but not the index.php page.

Does installation of new skin cause some functions to cease working? If yes, what do I do to restore it all to normal? Would I have to reinstall vbseo?

You can visit my forum to see if the links working ok or not?

No - a new skin should have no effect on vBSEO features, except in very rare circumstances.
