Custom Thread/Copyright conflict

Hey,
I'm trying to make custom URLs (not rewrites, just the urls where I can have them in a certain format [page-title]-[page-id],etc) in the vbseocp and also trying to have the non-linked copyright: SEO by vBSEO 2.4.0 © 2005, Crawlability, Inc. (#8)

But what happens is, when I save my custom URLs in the vbseocp, the copyright changes to a linked copyright: Search Engine Friendly URLs by vBSEO 2.4.0, on the bottom of my forum.

However, when I re-upload the config-vbseo file, the copyright changes back to the copyright that I want, but then my custom urls change into some pre-selected format I don't want.

I uploaded in binary and chmod 666 and 777 just to be sure. Nothing
works. Is it something I'm missing (again)?
