custom postbit + description problems

Hello,

I've got a custom postbit template that uses many different IF statements to display differently for each usergroups etc.

In creating this template it seems i've missed something out, as the second reply is used for the meta tag description rather than the first post in the thread.

Does anyone know what i've missed out, or the code i need to add to get the first post used as the meta tag description?
