Control Panel problem

I have a problem. I installed vbseo a couple of days ago, everything seems to be working well. My problem is that when I try to go to the vbseo admin panel (vbseocp.php), I get the two password spaces. I enter the two matching passwords, and then it puts me right back to the same form to set the password. I checked the config_vbseo.php file, it is set to 666, but still not working.

Am I missing something?

Hmm, might be an issue with saving cookies. Are you sure your browser is accepting them correctly?

Well, I tried it on 8 different browsers on 4 different machines in 2 different locations, so I doubt that is it. My guess is that I uploaded something incorrectly.
