Click one of the images for the lightbox to appear for a larger version of the image, and it displays completely different images. It seems to be grabbing the attachment id from the forum, rather than Dynamics.
I reported this issue to Brian, and he replied with:
I've taken a look at things and it seems the issue with your attachment URL's pointing to the forum is being caused by something in vBSEO (disable vBSEO and you'll see things work fine). I'm not entirely sure what it is in their script that's replacing things, but if you contact them and let them know about the issue then they should be able to tell you how to fix it.

It almost looks like it's stripping the second variable.
articles/attachment.php?attachmentid=2&d=1247658548 gives me what I am guessing is 'forum attachment' 2.Ace Shattock / Crawlability Inc.

Correct, and it looks like 'forum attachment' 1 has been deleted - which is why the 'dynamics attachment' 1 shows nothing. Originally Posted by Ace Shattock

Please try to add "attachment.php" to "Exclude Pages?" setting in vBSEO CP.
