Click on a thread title in forumdisplay and get php errors

This is not a new installation, and I'm not exactly sure when this problem started occurring, but I have been making some changes the last several weeks to try and optimize my site's SEO.

The last few days I've found that some threads being posted are spitting out php errors when you click to open the thread. Here's the error:
    Code:
Warning: require(/var/www/site.net/web/forums/379109-dsm-sub.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/site.net/web/forums/vbseo.php on line 1392

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/var/www/site.net/web/forums/379109-dsm-sub.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /var/www/site.net/web/forums/vbseo.php on line 1392

Any idea where this error is originating from? I'm running vb 3.8.4 and vbseo 3.5.1 PL1.

What is the parent page generating the errors?

forums/379109-dsm-sub.php looks like a thread, but it obviously shoudln't end in .php with vbseo running.

on your site is closed for guests, so i can't even view it. However, the real problem here is that it doesn't NOT redirect me to the SEO'ed version, which it should.
Try re-importing your vbseo product file.

Please help. A forum is spitting out that same error. Not sure how to fix it.

For the example above, it's a sub-forum. But a sub-forum is now spitting out the errors too from forumhome.

I just uploaded a copy of my old XML settings from the last upgrade and it fixed it. Talk about blood pressure rising!
