Changing Domain
I've tried emailing vbseo and I am not sure if they have gotten my emails. However, I am simply trying to change my license domain location because I've moved my forums. Anyone have any idea of who I can contact via the forums that may be able to help?

No I have not. Apparently I have to upgrade to get support. I was not aware that support is eliminated at some times - thought it was just "priority support" - I am on 3.0.

After 1 year, your access to the priority support ticketing system needs to be renewed for continued access.

We provide a renewal service providing you with access to all vBSEO upgrades and continued access to the priority support ticketing system for $35. You can find the 'Renew' link next to your license on your downloads page:

If you do not wish to renew your license at this time, you can submit your request via PM, but there may be a significantly longer wait time as staff services all tickets first.

Since you are currently running vBSEO 3.0, I would recommend that you upgrade so that you can take advantage of the new vBSEO 3.1 version.

I cannot open a ticket - it said I had to upgrade! I upgraded and it gave me a message saying to email or PM because I entered a new domain when I upgraded and it couldn't find it in the system. I PM'd Joe with the old domain and have not heard back! I also included the PayPal receipt # in the PM.

That request must be made in a ticket. If your license is up to date, you should have access to the ticket system, and you can request a domain name change.

Please do not rely on the PM system for fastest support time. While staff does read all PMs, we get a very large volume of them.
