Changed domain name, vBSEO freaked, can't disable, forums down

Ok, I had no idea this was going to be a disaster moving my forums to a new domain. I entered the new URL info and vBSEO immediately said the URL was invalid or the license is expired. I tried updating the URL with vBSEO but the support system is down and said I needed to upgrade....so I upgraded. I haven't recieved any emails from vBSEO and my forums are still down. I've tried disabling vBSEO, change the forum URL back, and everything is still no go. Cmon guys, I'm not trying to circumvent anything. You're "restrictions" have shut my site down. Even though I had the forums disabled, no one can even see that we are working on the site because they get the invalid vBSEO license page before anything else. Help please!

    Hello,

vBSEO never makes the forum down. In case of non-licensed URL it will be just disabled, keeping original vBulletin URLs non-rewritten.
Do you get any error message?

It disabled mine. Toyota MR2 Message Board I disabled every instance of vBSEO in the Product Manager, but when you click any links at all, you get a message that states

[ This copy of vBSEO is unregistered and expired ]

with nothing else on the page. My copy is legitimate. It may be unregistered if vBSEO blew away the registration info in the last 2 years, but the copy is legit. I even purchased another copy today hoping I could get the forums back online, but apparently that process is not automated. So ya, my forums are down because of vBSEO. I have reverted every change made back to the original setting, disabled vBSEO, and I'm still up shit creek without a paddle.

The links it is trying to go to are the non-vBSEO links. I have no idea why vBSEO would still be intervening if it's disabled. :(

The Support Area here doesn't work for me either since I need to "upgrade", which I just did.

Are you running the latest vBSEO version from downloads area? Try to remove all vBSEO files (including .htaccess).

Support forums are working again. What should I do now? The "upgrade" I purchased is under the new domain name.

You should use the latest version, v2.3.2 is no longer available for download.

Got the upgrade installed and everything is working. Thanks for being so attentive and quick to respond on a Sunday. I thought I was going to be waiting until tomorrow to get this resolved when it happened. The remaining questions I have are being discussed here. Sorry I freaked out! Thanks again!
