Please follow all the steps in the installation readme file. It explains how to retrieve and save your license key.
From the error message, it looks like you didn't upload all the files in BINARY mode; make sure you force your FTP client to use BINARY instead of ASCII mode.
contact licenses@crawlability.com?
im not sure where i should be looking for that key in the first place..
and i did upload in binary..
edit:
ill go change my ftp client and force binary
This is the message I get on your site:
Fatal error: Unable to read 26365 bytes in /home/themevib/public_html/board/vbseo.php on line 0
That means that at least some of the files were uploaded in ASCII mode. Re-upload all vBSEO files and make sure you force BINARY mode.
This should be corrected now. When you ordered you specified your forum URL as http://domain.com/ when it's really http://board.domain.com/ so I had to update your license in the registration database. It should be able to retrieve the license key now.

any suggestions for a ftp cient that would force binary?
Some FTP clients work better than others. FTP Voyager- Secure Client File Transfer Software for Windows is known to work really well.

Make sure your PHP memory_limit setting is at least 32megs.
yep got my tech to make sure the server was at 32megs...

If you're still getting blank pages, please open a support ticket with a temporary FTP login so we can troubleshoot.
