Hi Kall, don't you have custom rewrite rules that contain 'quiz.php' or similar related to the url of this thread?

Yes sir, I do indeed! Didn't realise that would cause the issue I am experiencing, so I added a ^ to the front, and it works flawlessly now. Thanks for your usual right on the ball answer!
