Cannot run sitemap generator directly: you should be logged in to do this.

Hello,
i installed a fresh version of Vbulletin, Vbseo, VbseoSitemap, Vbet - all newest versions on http://www.bitcoins-deutschland.de (http://forum.bitcoins-deutschland.de) .

Now I have some serios issues with the Vbseo Sitemap.

1.) I often cant reach the "vBSEO Sitemap Reports" Link
I need to login, click ok or enter and it says please login again, i login, then it says again please login and so on.

2.) At some point i can successfull loggin, but then i get the next error. I want to run the Sitemap generator thru "Run Gernerator" but then it says "Cannot run sitemap... (see title)".

I just did these changed on the Vbseo Sitemap:

I also cant click the other Buttons like Download Log... i need to login all the time and then im back on the start screen of VbSeo Sitemap.

If you remove/disable vbet and it's htaccess rules does it work correctly? We've found this plugin to interfere with just about everything.

I use vBet on 2/3 Forums. This new forum (with your newest sitemap) is the only one with problems. On the other forums i dont use the newest sitemap and there is no problem. Even if thats the fault of vBet you could try to fix this. vBet is an great plugin like vbseo.

We are sorry but in order to receive further support on that issue , you need to disable vBET , remove all file and .htaccess edits you applied.

Thank you, you should start supporting/respecting other great addons, i know a time no one knows vbseo.

We respect all addons however we don't want to debug problems that are caused by third party modules. It is the same way on vBulletin. They don't offer support to sites who use third party addons.

You could simply look at that peace of code what i was linking, and maybe you could help - but you even dont try it.

All these issues are caused by vBet. That's why you need to disable it and remove all vBET code from .htaccess and vBSEO files.

Its a shame what happend to vBseo.

Nothing has happened.

Disable/remove vbet and see if the same issue happens. If it does, please open a ticket for further troubleshooting.

I know a time some years ago where customers get support even if its a 3rd party addon or not. Ive payed some money to your company and you could even help vBet (if its really their fault) it would cost you NOTHGING but instead youre hating again vBet thats what i dont understand. I use vBseo since beginning and was always satisfied with it, until now. This is a live forum and i cant disable some addons right away. Thanks "new" VBSEO.

I'm sorry you are not happy, but i can almost guarantee that VBET is your problem, and once removed/disabled, you will find that it works.

Im happy that youre happy. (Even if) vbet is the problem you could easily track the problem and help. Thats what you would do some years ago. But now you dont need to, because vbseo is famous enough you could do a parternship with vbet because it does a great adavantage in sense of seo, but its not worth discussing about it, i dont know why you hate vbet, but you do.


YOU SHOULD NOT HATE VBET, if you only want something good to your customers.

As a first troubleshooting step, disable all mods.

vb tells you to do the same thing.

That's all there is to it.

If you refuse to do so, we can't help you.
