Cannot click on user profile when in main forum index

Just updated to the latest vbulletin 3.8.4 and vbseo 3.3.1.

Got this problem. On the main forum index page, example http://www.website.com/forum/ , when click on the user, it redirects to http://www.website.com/forum/.php
The same thing happens on the child forums.

But it works fine on individual post.

Which setting did I miss?
