Canīt Find the Option in the Vbullet Options

Hi, when I try to run sitemap manually from the vbseo_sitemap/ I got the message "Cannot run sitemap generator directly: you should set "Run from vB Scheduled Tasks Manager ONLY" to "No" in admincp to allow this."

Of course I went to the admincp/vbullet options, but I canīt find any vbseo option to set this...

    can anyone help?

    thanks & Rgds,

    Hello Marcos,

you should be logged in to vbseo_sitemap/ interface to run sitemap generator manually.

Dear Oleg, when I enter myforum.com/vbseo_sitemap/ url it did not ask me for a username & password...

I was logged into myforum.com/vbseocp.php and then I clicked on some link to /vbseo_sitemap/ directory...

never asked me a password... also, thereīs no option to logout...

Thanks again for your quick reply

You should define your password in vB admincp->Options->vBSEO Google/Yahoo Sitemap Generator->vBSEO Sitemap Interface Access Password. (do not forget to install the latest xml product file that is included in v1.7 package)

Oleg, that was the option I told you in first post that I do not have... the option "vBSEO Google/Yahoo Sitemap Generator" is missing...

    What should I do?

    Thanks in advance,

Did you install the XML product through vBulletin's admincp?

    Are you looking here?

AdminCP->vBulletin Options->vBulletin Options. Then scroll to the bottom of the list.

Please open a support ticket and provide temporary AdminCP and FTP logins.

    Thanks!

Fixed via support ticket. vBSEO Sitemap was not installed on your site. You had vBSEO installed, but not Sitemap. It appears that you FTP'd the files up, but didn't install the XML product file.

I also upgraded you to the latest vBSEO Sitemap, v1.7.

Let me know if you need anything additional.

Vb 3.0.7 can't find admincp options

I installed vbseo and it is working but no admincp options (did I miss something)
I uploaded the files for vbseo sitemaps but also no admincp options

    please help.

When I tried to manually run vbseo sitemap it gave me an error that I needed to change a setting to allow this task to run manually.
I edited the config file (set 1 to 0) and now when I run it manually from the schedule manager I get a blank white page.

Is there somehting about a plugin system I need to do so that I get this thing installed in the admincp options?

    Hello Shy,

in case of running vB3.0.x you don't have vBSEO Sitemap Generator options in vB admincp and you should modify options manually in vbseo_sitemap/vbseo_sm_config30x.php file instead.

Should I have Vbseo options in admincp? (I dont)

How should I test the sitemap generator to figure out what is wrong?

Where and how do I set the direct script run pasword? (What is this password?)

    1. vBSEO options are configured at http://yourforumsroot/vbseocp.php
vBSEO Sitemap Generator options are configured manually in vbseo_sm_config30x.php file, since your have vB3.0.x installed

    2. You should add your sitemap files to google webmaster account to check if they're parsed correctly:
    http://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/siteoverview

    3. It is in vbseo_sm_config30x.php file:
    PHP Code:
      // Direct Script Execution Code

    'vbseo_sm_runcode' => ''
