Buttons on my forum not showing anymore

Hi, I've installed vbseo and everything is working except the button image, like "new thread" is not showing anymore. when I check the properties on the image, I see that the path is not forum/image anymore, but something like forum/name-of-the-forum/images/buttons/newthread.gif

You need to define full path within Style and Templates - All Style Options

I checked, and the path is images/buttons. Do I need to put the full paht with the url?

I still got a few icons that are not showing up. it's the directory /images/icons/ , but I don't see where i can change the path for that.

For editing the post icons path :

AdminCP -> Post Icons -> Post Icon Manager -> Generic Icons

I tried and put the full path on each icons, but it's still not working..any idea?

I seem to be having this problem as well, but only after I make a post. When I refresh the screen the buttons show up again. When you say full path do you mean www..../images/ or do you mean root/vbdir/images/?

So nobody knows what could be the problem? It's clearly vbseo related, because when I turn it off the images are showing fine.

Please open a ticket with vBSEO CP and vB admincp access for troubleshooting.

Update: vBSEO xml product file was not installed in vB admincp.
