Blank screen when...

Hi guys,

I get a blank screen whenever viewing a new post (only when the URL has "new-post" in it) in threaded or hybrid mode.

I've gotten a large traffic spike this week, so I'll need this addressed ASAP. Thanks

have you changed your CRR's ?

the default settings shouldn't have this problem

I only have CRRs for my vBulletin photo gallery (which is in a different folder), but I'll check to see if there are any conflicting filenames.

The standard rewrite options for threads and posts are all set to thier default values.

It only happens with Threaded or Hybrid and works fine with Linear?

I don't have the cleanup or bot tracking options enabled, so no joy there :(

That's the linear version- it's AOK.

Yup- just checked.

happens on my forums when server load is high.

Could you please open a support ticket with ftp/admincp access for troubleshooting?
