Blank pages

Ok i uploaded all files in BINARY mode
after importing the .XML all pages go blank

i've searched the forum's but all the answer's seem to be dealt with via support ticket or files not being uploaded in BINARY

my forum runs in a sub domain and then inside the forums folder
ie;

http://sub.domain.net/forum/index.php

is there anything that needs to be altered or should it still run fine?

To troubleshoot a little further, uninstall the XML product, and upload all vBSEO files EXCEPT the .htaccess file. Then, try accessing the vBSEO control panel to see what you get:

http://yourforumsurl/vbseocp.php

i get this error message

Fatal error: Unable to read 27575 bytes in /home/name/www/sub/forum/vbseocp.php on line 0

That means that the files weren't uploaded in BINARY mode. Some FTP clients are picky, so you may need to try some other options to force it to BINARY. Once you are able to get the control panel to come up cleanly, you should be okay to install the XML product and upload the .htaccess file.
