    Blank Page on New Reply

I have vbulletin 3.6 installed (fresh install) with vbseo 3.0.0rc. A member reported recieving a blank page after making a reply to a thread / post while using Firefox. I disabled all of my plugins / mods one at a time and turns out it's vbseo that has the issue. Could you please tell me how to fix this. Thank you.

    Mark

    UPDATE:

It appears vbseo is not functioning any longer on my site since deactivating it to troubleshoot, then reactivating it. Any thoughts on this. All urls are back to standard vbulletin urls / some areas of the forum are blank pages.

    Thank you.

i had the same problem, and it turned out that my www was included in my vboptions for the site paths, but i had 301's it to not use www's.

are you doing the opposite? 301'ing all non-www to www, but in the vb options, have it listed as http://site.com ?

No, everything is redirected to the www version of the site. None the less, that still would not explain why my SE friendly URLS also stopped working. Still no reply from support.....

You re-installed the vBSEO product & remembered to make sure the vBSEO .htaccess is in place?

Joe, no I have not re-installed vbseo as of yet. Are you suggesting that I do this? Also, please could you verify something for me? The vbseo was origionally licensed to talkvb.com, however, I moved the site over to talkvbulletin.com and did a perminant redirect to talkvbulletin.com from talkvb.com. I'm not sure if that had / has something to do with it. Thank you.

Ok - I updated you in the registration database. It also showed that you were running 2.4.5.

Please try re-installing vBSEO 3.0 RC3. Verify that vBSEO is functioning, and then test to see if the blank reply page error still persists.
