Blank page on install

I've opened a ticket but thought someone here might be able to help out also!

I've uploaded my files and chmoded includes/config_vbseo.php to 666. When I got to domain.com/vbroot/vbseocp.php I get a blank screen and these two lines in my error log:

PHP Fatal error: Unable to read 27902 bytes
in /var/www/html/vbseocp.php on line 0

Any ideas? I'm using the zend files as recommended by the vbseo test script.

All sorted - I re uploaded and forced binary and now working.
