move right now. what are you waiting for? it takes all of 20 min to provision a vps/other host at most good hosting firms.

you can be running again within the hour.

Had so many problems with hostgator.
They shut down my site a couple of times because ruby on rails (dunno about vbseo, maybe) made their servers too busy. But someone told me the platform for ruby is set up wrong on their servers so...

So, I upgraded to dedicated server (220$ /month!)

Guess what... I have more problems now (different ones).

It was really a pain and I might move to dreamhost in january (they have crazy offer)

Deepak moving to a shared host from a dedicated probably isn't right thing to do. If you aren't utilizing the resources fully then get a fully managed VPS or a cheaper dedicated server with management.
