Archive rewrite not working in 2.1
The archive rewrite isn't working corrcectly in 2.1. Links are pointing to the standard, no rewritten = id urls, but when you click on them you still wind up at the vbseo rewritten url. In 2.0, the archive links were pointing to the .html vbseo rewritten urls.

The issue is related to the *customized* archives, where they have links directly to vB threads originally (showthread.php?t=xxx instead of archive/index.php/t-xxx.html).
