archive not working

When you click on a link it still shows the archive home page. It doesn't go anywhere.

I don't know how long this has been going on, I just noticed it today.

How can I fix this?

Oh and I have noticed a HUGE drop in the search engines for my site. Could I be getting tagged as having duplicate content because of this?
