apache 2 errors

anybody know what this is all about -

I have a ton of those in my apache 2 error log files. I have no clue whats generating the errors. Its the actual error log for apache 2 itself... not the domain error logs.

What do you have inside include/top.html and include/bottom.html

Thats the thing..it doesnt point or refer to any specific domain. so where would I look? The error logs are for the root apache2. /usr/local/apache2/logs

my domain specific logs are all at

/usr/local/apache2/logs/myusername/
