"Anonymize" all outgoing links?

I was looking through vbSEO features and i saw:

Redirect ALL External URLs Posted in Private Forums

Enable this option to redirect all external links posted in private forums through an internal script. This will hide URLs from your private forums in server logs on external sites, thus protecting your privacy.

This is a very neat feature for me. But can this be enabled in the whole forum not only private forums ?? If yes i would do away with my plugin which does this currently.

Hmm so there's no way i can put rel="nofollow" attribute on a particular forum ?? I just want to add it to 1 forum and making it private is not the solution :(

Okay somethings wrong i go to "External rel="nofollow"s" and set it as YES. But it doesn't seems to function ? all external links go as they are ~_~

External no follows is a different feature.

If you want this for EVERY link, you will have to modify source code.

Modify the source code ~_~ i would give it a shot but i don't even know which file to modify.
