All internal links open in new window

I noticed that after I installed vbseo all of my internal links open in a new window. Is it possible to set vbseo so that user stays in the same window for internal links and new window for external?

Do you mean all links on page (including navbar) or just links posted in by visitors? All links in messages (including internal) are opened in a new window (this is default vBulleitn behaviour).
