I am trying to renew my license to perform a site upgrade, but I keep being led down rabbit holes! When I try to follow links from the Downloads link it takes me back to my profile page. When I finally found a renew link it took me back to my profile AGAIN. Then I tried to submit this problem through the Contact Us form, but when I submitted it returned a "search not found" page.
Someone please help, I just want to renew!

Found a work around, had to come through a proxy to renew.
