All gone wrong ...

*sigh* Well where do i begin to tell you guys what has all gone wrong in this short post. Firstly i uploaded the files in the wrong method since i was unaware that CuteFTP doesnt like uploading in BINARY for text files ... anyway i deleted those files uploaded in ASCII and then reuploaded correctly in BINARY but now http://www.staff-lounge.com/index.php for some reason the URL rewrite isnt effecting the homepage at all, and whenever i move onto a page which has been effected by the mod_rewrite it appears that all the images arent loading, neither is the CSS file, and that the URL appears incorrectly ... http://www.staff-lounge.com/index.php just view the site and browse to any appropiate forum and then try and and click a link;

For example if i where to browse to:

http://www.staff-lounge.com/forumdisplay.php?f=2 'from forumhome
http://www.staff-lounge.com/site-announcements/ 'is where i am correctly transferred
http://www.staff-lounge.com/site-ann...thread.php?t=2 'topic links have an incorrect ending URL
http://www.staff-lounge.com/site-ann...endmessage.php 'contact us links have the forumtitle stuck inside which is incorrect

So what do i need to do, and fast?

The code has been added in and uploaded as was required.
EDIT ... ok, i just reuploaded the code and it seems to be working swimmingly for now. I guess when i deleted the files for uploading them in the wrong method i deleted functions.php too and forgot to reupload. Sorry about that, and thanks for the advise.
