After adding a acronym all settings went blank

    Hello,

I post a ticket and still did not receive any answer, so I post it here to get help.
Today I found another acronym to add and go to vbSEOcp to add it, copy a older acronym and add the new one by substituting the right information.

After finishing writing I scroll down to "Save all settings" and went to the forum thread to see how it looks, all the acronyms disappear on that page. Going again to vBSEOcp all my saved settings went blank and the "YES" options went "NO", everything was lost except the url configuration.

The last mod I uninstall was about two months ago or more, and didn't install or change nothing, on the last few weeks, the only thing I have been done is adding more acronyms to vBSEO each time a member suggest one.

Does this happen to any one before? What may cause this and how I could restore?

Yes it is. And even if it wasn't how that can make disappear all my setting and all the settings are not being applied on my forum?

it would make them not save.

Do you have a back up xml? if so, just re-load that in the CP

Yes, however not being writable will not erase all my data.
No, I don't have a recent backup xml, it wasn't suppose to erase all your data.

Thank you, anyway. Support ticket is now being answered.
