Adsense Targeting

I found this option in vbseo:
Enable Adsense Section Targeting? BETA
Select "Yes" to add Google AdSense section tags to relevant parts of your forum pages within forumhome, forumdisplay and showthread.

But once I click yes then what do ?

That's all you have to do. vBSEO just adds targeting code around pertinent areas of the vBulletin templates.
