Adding "Common Words" to Forum/Title URLS

How do I make my rewritten thread and forum title URLs like this:
If the title is Eat at Joes it would read:
    http://www.domain.com/forum/eat-at-joes.html
    instead of:
    http://www.domain.com/forum/eat-joes.html

Common words like to, from, at don't show up in my URLs, and I'd
    prefer that they did.

    Thanks,

    Shel

    Hello Shel,

there is a "Stopword Filtering" option vbseocp that removes "common words" from urls. You can customize it (remove "at" word) to get it done.
