Add Titles to External Links problem

Add Titles to External Links Add Page Titles to External Links Anchor Text?
Enable this option to create keyword-rich links by adding page titles to URLs that point to external domains. vBSEO will connect to external sites when new links are posted and extract the page title from them.
NOTE: This option works ONLY with vB 3.5.x or higher

I have broblem external links. My Forum is non English and we use here Finland alfabetic Ä and Ö

So when we write link in post and its not contain Ä or Ö its add titles to link. But if title contains Ä and Ö, then its not add.

Can this broblem fix somehow?

Exsample:

Apparently color parses in the code tag, but not in the url when a space is added. odd.
