404 +online.php issue

When I set my 404 page to "Include custom script:" (When Using Vb powered page), it totally screws up my online.php user "locations" and says that some users are on site.com/8c8c8c

Any idea why this might be happening?

it means that your custom script registers the hits as correct requests and this is displayed at your online.php page.
