I have 3 errors with these sitemaps

Any idea why im getting these errors and how to fix it? thanks.

re:2. there is a conflict with your "goto new post" URL format and thread title, please try to redefine url format to:
[forum_title]/new-post-[thread_id]-[thread_title].html
