Duplicate pages

Looking at my webmaster tools in google it's being reported that every page is duplicated, in exactly the same way

i can visit both links from my browser to the same page without being redirected to a canonical url which is what i thought vbseo was supposed to do?

Any ideas how to stop this, as it is showing in my webmaster tools under pages with duplicate title tags & pages with duplicate meta tags i believe i'm being penalized for duplicate content, i have no idea where google could be grabbing the second url from, their shouldn't be any internal or external linkbacks to a url in that format

Please keep in mind that if a third party use a wrong url on anywhere within internet , Google webmaster will show that as an error on your page. Which means those urls can be retrieved from any where.

but it thought that was the whole purpose or canonical urls? and it's not showing an error is showing exactly the same page, so basically any site cn be sabotaged this way? must be some kind of spider if it's happening on every single page,

is their any way to trace where this is coming from server side as it will probably be restricted to one ip range

Canonical URLs are not designed to correct the wrong used urls around internet by users. You can investigate your access logs to find out referrals but there is not much you can do about it.
