| Anouncement Bug
Hey I found a bug. When you post a global announcment and you have 15 different sections of your forum, then there are 15 different URL's for the same announcment. Heres an example... Webmaster Forums - DN Lodge - Announcements in Forum : General Domain Discussion Webmaster Forums - DN Lodge - Announcements in Forum : Web Development Discussion Webmaster Forums - DN Lodge - Announcements in Forum : Programming Those are just 3. There must be at least 35 of these URLs for me whole forum with the same content on each page. Hope I helped        |

Hello Brandon, well.. it's not a bug, but how global announcements work in vBulletin - announcement is shown in every subforum with unique link. As Oleg stated the announcement is still logically assigned to the individual forums which they are being viewed. However, i think it would be a nice feature in vBSEO for all announcements to be subjected to a completely different URL syntax rewrite, so that instead of displaying the ./forum-title/ in the URL this could be replaced by ./announcements/
